Brian Labare didn't start Labare Farms from a business plan. He started it from 28 years of showing up, solving problems, and doing the work right. As a job superintendent for nearly three decades, Brian managed crews, coordinated equipment, and kept projects on schedule across all kinds of terrain. That experience adds up fast, and it shows in how we work.

Six months ago, Brian made the move to go out on his own. It wasn't a leap into the unknown. It was a decision backed by a lifetime of hands-on knowledge and a deep connection to this land. Brian is a fourth-generation farmer on his home farm, which means he grew up understanding how land behaves, how it needs to be managed, and what it takes to keep it healthy and usable.
